Exchange and return policy

In order to satisfy our customers, you can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, according to the following conditions:


  1. Pet Shop Saudi will bear all return costs in the event that you receive a damaged product, a product in poor condition, or an incorrect product.
  2. If you wish to return or exchange products for other reasons, Pet Shop Saudi will not bear the costs of return or exchange.
  3. In the event of a delay in receiving the order from the shipping companies after a maximum period of 48 hours has passed since its arrival, and this delay results in the product being damaged by cats in the warehouse, the store bears no responsibility.


  1. The amount will be refunded to the customer after the shipment arrives at the Saudi Pet Shop store and it is confirmed that it is eligible for a refund. The transfer will then take place.
