
In order to satisfy our customers, you can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, according to the following conditions:
- Pet Shop Saudi will bear all return costs in the event that you receive a damaged product, a product in poor condition, or an incorrect product.
- If you wish to return or exchange products for other reasons, Pet Shop Saudi will not bear the costs of return or exchange.
- In the event of a delay in receiving the order from the shipping companies after a maximum period of 48 hours has passed since its arrival, and this delay results in the product being damaged by cats in the warehouse, the store bears no responsibility.
- The amount will be refunded to the customer after the shipment arrives at the Saudi Pet Shop store and it is confirmed that it is eligible for a refund. The transfer will then take place.
